PRIVATE COMMISSIONS

Some of Megan Weston’s most evolved and commanding works have emerged through private commission. The collaborative process allows for a deeper alignment between scale, environment, and intention - resulting in works that feel both emotionally charged and architecturally grounded.

Weston accepts a limited number of commissions each quarter to ensure each work receives full creative focus and studio dedication.

Commission placements are limited and secured strictly upon deposit.

The Commission Process

  • Please submit via the commission enquiry form below including:

    • Photographs of the intended space

    • Wall dimensions (width x height in cm)

    • Ceiling height

    • Location (for freight estimate)

    • Preferred timeline

    • Any relevant design references

    This allows the works to be developed in true spatial dialogue.

  • Following review of your submission, a consultation will be arranged to discuss scale, palette, movement and overall presence within the space.

    A clear direction and size will then be confirmed.

  • A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure your commission spot and place within the studio schedule.

    Work will not commence until the deposit has been received.

  • The painting is created over approximately 4-8 weeks, depending on scale and complexity.

    Progress updates maybe shared at key stages.

  • Commission works are priced at $4,900 AUD per square metre.

    The final investment is calculated by multiplying height x width (in metres).

    Examples:

    • 1m x 1m - $4,900

    • 1m x 2m- $9,800

    • 1.5m x 1.5m- $11,025

    A 50% non -refundable deposit is required to secure your commission and placement within the studio schedule.

    Due to limited availability, commission bookings are confirmed strictly in order of deposit received.

    Freight and insurance are charged separately and quoted based on location, shipping is available worldwide.

  • Upon completion, final images will be provided for review.

    The remaining 50% balance is due prior to delivery.
